Painting Description

Patterns of shade add even more interest to the small waterfalls on Laurel Creek in Bechtel Park, Waterloo.

As with all my work this painting is a combination of facets of the actual scene. I was initially attracted to the shadow patterns on the falls and built out from there, moving elements to suit my taste.
