Painting Description

Shadow patterns decorate the path in Bechtel Park in Waterloo.

The play of light on the path and on the water brings a quiet animation to this private moment in a public place. Often this park is the setting for the people walking their dogs which is also enjoyable for me. I have yet to do a piece in this park that features the dog walkers and their charges.
