Willow Street Corner House

Painting Description

The breaking light on this Waterloo neighbourhood house provides me with a lovely feeling.

Since we moved to Uptown Waterloo in 1999, this house at the corner of George Street and Willow Street has been on my walk as I headed for my gallery. Because of its position, I have had much joy from this old building as the sunlight strafes the structure in early morning.

This original painting was part of a large group of paintings donated by the artist in 2014 to St. Mary’s Hospital.
