Painting Description
I was commissioned by Toyota to produce a picture to celebrate their plant addition. Since many people from around the world were coming to Cambridge for the opening, it was necessary to compose a piece that had a sense of place or location. Now, years later, much of the “country” has been converted to industrial lots.

| COMISSION TEXT | The opening of a huge addition to the Cambridge plant of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company Canada occasioned the creation of this view from the farmland near the facility. The opening was a huge celebration with Toyota people from around the world attending, as well as suppliers from near and far. Toyota has been a good customer at our gallery, and we are pleased to be part of their supplier group. |
