Painting Description

Only a sugar bush now separates this boiling-off shack from its city neighbours. I”m glad that I have had the chance to record the country around Waterloo as the city expands and the farmland shrinks. So much of what I have painted has disappeared, but my paintings survive to prove that it was not just a dream.
