Painting Description

This view from the new Victorian era mansion on the hill shows the range of colour that leads down to the old English castle. Favoured by bus tours, this garden, and in particular this view, brings out the picture-taking by everyone. I tried to keep this painting romantic and not too realistic—, not a tourist is in view.
