Painting Description

This view, painted on black board, is a dramatic design inspired by the coastline near Neil’s Harbour. This piece represents probably the most designed end of the range of things that I paint. Normally I pursue a more realistic approach but here I felt that this handling conveyed this rainy and yet dramatic idea.
