A wet Sunday morning did not dampen my enthusiasm for this toy village perched beside the sea. As we drove down the precipitous road to the harbour area, we realized our good fortune. That day there was a fund-raising concert for the local life boat station, and people from the surrounding area had come to join in the festivities.
