Painting Description

This painting from the upper deck of the Pacific Princess in 1996 was produced under pleasant and tranquil conditions. Since I was busy painting in town, I did not have a chance to tour the island, but judging by the city centre with its great assortment of government buildings, banks and restaurants, this tax haven would be well worth a return journey.
