Blair Mill
Painting Description
In 2004 I received a message from SPOOM, the Society for the Preservation of Old Mills, that this old mill in Blair is finally closing. I was sorry to see that all the milling machinery is being sold but I guess I must acknowledge the end of the era. Things change.
