Orthodox Old Order Man

Painting Description

The Orthodox Old Order group was a schism from the David B. Martin’s. Few of these bearded fellows remain in Waterloo Region. Almost all have moved to the Gorrie area (Wingham). The men in this group are readily identifiable because they have beards, a practice no other Mennonite groups have.
