Painting Description

I was intrigued by the pattern of the road as it zigzagged its way, describing the contour of the ground for anyone who wished to look. I was reminded of the endless contour drawings I had produced as an art student so many years ago at the Ontario College of Art. Apparently that training had found a place in my brain and thus this painting.
