Painting Description

As the Maple Syrup season develops, the white of the snow-covered bush gradually yields to the brown of the muddy interior. This painting shows the beginning of that melting process and allows for a creditable rendering of a tract of blue as the melting snow takes on the reflections of the blue sky.
